IK Interklimat S.p.A. got into the market of professional ovens with its first convection solution named “Cokito”, a real icon-product that has marked the history of professional ovens.
Following the first “Cokito” experience, Gierre Srl was founded with the goal of developing new technologies dedicated exclusively to the bakery and pastry industry.
Gierre is now a company with consolidated expertise, as demonstrated during its participation at Fiera Internazionale Host in Milan: in just a few years, Gierre became one of the most important brand in Italy for the production of professional ovens.
Gierre introduced its first range of COMBI ovens
Gierre became part IK Financial Group, and could take advantage of the international vision and organisational strength of the Group.
Gierre joined IK Interklimat S.p.A. Group: research and development, design and production has returned to the historical location of Cassola in the province of Vicenza.
The Baketek line, Gierre’s flagship product, was restyled and presented as top-of-the-range product in terms of reliability and cooking uniformity.
Following the success of the Baketek restyling, all of Gierre products were completely restyled.
Gierre started to work alongside Sogeco, a brand of professional ovens dedicated to the Gastronomy sector, and IK Interklimat is confirmed as one of the major players in the market for the completeness and specialisation of its range.
